Synopsis: Dans un pays où les habitants se nourrissent, au sens propre, de lettres et de mots cueillis dans les arbres, la lecture est vitale s'ils ne veulent pas mourir d'ennui.Mais certains livres sont interdits à cause de leur contenu émotionnel et des transformations physiques quils provoquent. Nadal, un bûcheron des mots, fait une rencontre qui change définitivement sa vie.

Synopsis: In a country where people literally feed on letters from words gathered in trees, reading is vital not to die… of boredom. Some books, however, are forbidden because of their emotional content and the physical changes they cause. Nadal, a wordcutter, makes an encounter that is to change his life forever…
